If you are encountering an error while uploading your video, it may be due to a problem with the videofile itself. To troubleshoot this issue, follow these steps:
- Check your videofiles on your local computer by playing them in a media player like VLC.
- If any of the files can't be played, that is likely the cause of the error while uploading.
TeamTV is unable to encode videos that cannot be played locally. Therefore, if you are unable to play the video, it will result in an error during the Upload process.
