Once you've uploaded a video to an exchange match, you can't remove it yourself. You will then have to contact us.

Getting Started

To remove a video from an exchange match, follow these steps:

Detailed Steps

1. Send an Email to [email protected]
2. Indicate the match to be deleted in your email.
3. Provide any necessary details or information to assist in the deletion process.
4. Wait for a response from our support Team confirming the deletion.
5. Once confirmed, the video will be removed from the exchange match.
6. You can Upload the right video.

If a video is not uploaded in its entirety it is possible that other teams (if the match is an echange match) have been Tagging on the file. if this is the case deleting the video would result in loss of data. In this case we will not delete the file. Sometimes we create another 'same' match to Upload the new one.

If you don't receive a response or confirmation, please follow up with another Email or contact our support Team through alternative channels.
