1. Check your Spam Folder
   Sometimes, legitimate emails end up in the Spam folder of your Email program. It's always a good idea to check this folder first.
2. Verify the Email Address in TeamTV
   If you've checked your Spam folder and still can't find the invitation email, make sure the inserted Email address in TeamTV is correct. If there's a typo or incorrect Email address, you won't receive the invitation. Double-check the Email address and correct any mistakes if necessary.
