Assignment for a Player to Tag Footage

Updated on 01 Sep 2024

The trainers/coaches have noticed that Thomas is getting beaten on breakthroughs a bit too often, and they want him to reflect on this. They have given him an assignment.

The match has already been tagged with attacks and goals.

  1. Thomas, please log in to TeamTV and go to the last match played.
  2. Click on play and then, below the video player, click on the opposing Team (team).
  3. Find the section of the opposing Team where you are defending and click on that video.

Now, you are going to review all the defensive actions (this will take a maximum of 15 minutes).
Watch your defensive 1-on-1 actions and tag a few of them, especially the ones where you step in (come off the ground).
Tag both some good moments and some not-so-good ones.

Above, you see the video with several icons below it. One of them is called 'add to playlist.'

  1. Find a moment from your 1-on-1 action and pause the player (press the spacebar or click the mouse in the video).
  2. Now, click on the 'add to playlist' icon.
  3. Create a Playlist called "Tom individual," or if it already exists, select it!
  4. Choose how long you want the clip to be (6s or 12s).
  5. Optionally, add some text to the clip name or a comment for yourself.
  6. Click save.

Continue watching for the next fragments and start again from step 1.

Once you are done, you can watch all your clips in sequence and draw conclusions and points of focus for yourself.
