To use Highlights in TeamTV, follow these steps:

1. Make sure you have used the standard Tags for your sport in the video analysis.
2. Go to the Highlight page in TeamTV.
3. Select the match you want to create Highlights from.
4. Choose the moments you want to include in the highlight video. 
5. Extend or shorten clips as needed. 
6. Add audio to the highlight video if desired. 
7. Choose whether to automatically add captions to the video. 
8. Download the video or place it on an online platform for sharing.
