Howto TeamTV Video Exchange
Updated on 25 Sep 2026
TeamTV is a Dutch company that originally started in the field of video analysis. We are now active in several sports, including hockey, handball, football and korfball.
In addition to our Video Analysis platform, we also provide automatic camera systems for recording matches.
TeamTV is not only active in the Netherlands, but also in other countries, including the United Kingdom and Austria.
Another feature within TeamTV is the video exchange for complete leagues, competitions or groups.
Below we explain how such a Video Exchange works.
How does it work?
Getting started with the TeamTV Video Exchange is simple:
Create an Account → Request to join → Upload your videos
- Create an account
Create a free TeamTV Account and select your club and your role within the club. - Request to join
Request to join the Video Exchange for your league or group. The administrator will review and approve your request. - Upload your videos
Once your request has been approved, you will see the matches in your overview. Record your home matches and Upload the videos to TeamTV.
1. Setting up a video exchange
TeamTV sets up a shared Video Exchange for a league or group.
Teams can participate with or without a paid TeamTV licence. This means that teams can participate in the Video Exchange free of charge.
We create a group in TeamTV containing all the relevant matches. The complete match schedule can, for example, be provided to us in an Excel file.
One person can then be appointed as the administrator of the group.
2. Tasks of the administrator
The administrator can, among other things:
- Reschedule matches if the date or time changes;
- Approve or reject requests from other coaches or trainers to join the video exchange;
- Add additional matches when necessary;
- Remove videos from matches if a recording has failed or if the wrong video has accidentally been uploaded.
The administrator should act neutrally and objectively in the event of any disagreements or conflicts between participating teams.
3. Creating a TeamTV account
If you do not yet have a TeamTV account, go to:
teamtvsport.com
Click on “Try for free”.
Enter your club and your role within the club. You can then create your TeamTV account.
If you experience any problems, please take a screenshot of the issue and send it to:
4. Requesting to join the video exchange
Every Coach or trainer with a TeamTV Account can submit a request to join a video exchange.
Here you can see how to submit a request:
The request will then be visible to the administrator of the group. The administrator can review the request and approve or reject it.
The person who submitted the request will automatically receive an Email informing them of the decision.
Once your request has been approved, you will be able to see the matches in your overview and Upload the videos of your home matches.
