If you are playing an opponent that is not participating in the exchange it is wise to take your equipment and record and Upload this match (away match) also.

Step 1: Recording the Home Match

The responsibility of recording the home match lies with the home team. Make sure to follow these steps:

2. Ensure that the recording device is functioning properly and has enough battery life or storage.
3. Start recording at the beginning of the match and continue until the end.

Step 2: Uploading the Video

Once the home match is recorded, it needs to be uploaded to the team's exchange match platform within 24 hours. Follow these guidelines:

1. Transfer the recorded video to your computer, if necessary.
2. Login to the team's exchange match platform using your credentials.
3. Navigate to the designated match Upload section.
4. Select the recorded video file from your computer.
5. Start the Upload process and wait for it to complete.
6. Verify that the video has been successfully uploaded by checking its availability on the platform.

• Communicate with your Team members and coordinate the recording and uploading process.
• Allocate the responsibility of recording and uploading among Team members to avoid any confusion or delays.
• Make sure to record the entire match without any interruptions or missing parts.
• Name the video file with the appropriate match details for easy identification.
• Double-check the completeness and accuracy of the uploaded video before proceeding.

What if You Don't Meet Your Obligations?

If you fail to Upload the home match within the specified 24-hour timeframe, the following consequences may apply:

• You will not be able to access other matches scheduled for the same weekend.
• If you consistently fail to meet your obligations twice, you will lose access to viewing matches of other teams in your pool. However, you will still be able to view your own videos.

The Match Has Not Been Recorded Due to Force Majeure

In case you encounter unexpected circumstances preventing you from recording the match, follow these guidelines:

• Always have an alternative recording device, such as a mobile phone, readily available to capture the match.
• If you are unable to record the match, you will not be able to Upload it or view other people's matches. No exceptions will be made.
• If this situation occurs twice, your participation in the exchange will be terminated.
• Strict adherence to these rules ensures fairness among teams and maintains the integrity of the exchange platform.
