Email Invitation

Updated on 03 Oct 2023

Email Invitation

An email invitation is a message sent to a person's email address, requesting their participation or acceptance of a certain role or invitation. In the context of team management or coaching, an email invitation is commonly used to invite team members or administrators to join a specific team or club.

When a team member is added by an administrator or coach, an email invitation is automatically sent to that person's email address, containing the necessary information and instructions for accepting the invitation. Similarly, when an administrator is added within the TeamTV environment of a club, they also receive an email with an invitation to accept their role.

It is important to note that sometimes these email invitations may end up in the spam or advertising folder of the recipient's email program. Therefore, it is recommended to check those folders if the invitation email is not found in the inbox.
