Penningmeester

The penningmeester is the treasurer of an organization, such as a sports club or team, responsible for managing its finances. They are in charge of maintaining accurate financial records, preparing budgets, tracking expenses and income, and handling financial transactions. This role ensures that the organization's finances are properly managed and that funds are allocated and used effectively.

There are two ways to ensure that the penningmeester can pay the invoice:

1. Make the penningmeester also a beheerder: By making the penningmeester a beheerder (administrator), they will receive an email notification when an invoice needs to be paid. In this case, provide the penningmeester's email address to us so that we can link it to their account. Please email it to [email protected].
2. Let the beheerder download and forward the invoice to the penningmeester: The beheerder (administrator) can download the invoice and send it to the penningmeester. The invoice will have a payment link that allows the penningmeester to pay it directly.
