Request Approval is the process by which video exchange requests are assessed and either approved or rejected by the team on TeamTV. After users have submitted their request to join a video exchange pool, the team reviews the request and makes a decision. In case the request is rejected, users receive a notification via email informing them of the rejection. To complete the request approval process, users need to click on 'I Agree to Share' and then proceed to click on 'Request Exchange' to finalize their request.
