The video formats supported by teamTV currently include HD or 720p. This means that if a video is recorded in 4K resolution, teamTV automatically downscales it to HD or even 720p. Switching to HD resolution instead of 4K can significantly reduce the video file size without compromising the overall visual quality.

Additionally, reducing the frame rate from 50 frames per second (fps) to 25 fps can further decrease the video file size while maintaining smooth playback.
