Teams can request to participate in Cross Poule Viewing themselves by following these steps:

1. Access the menu and click on "Exchange"
2. Select the desired pool from the provided options
3. Choose the role, either as a spectator or an active participant in the pool
4. Consent to share your team's matches, if applicable
5. Click on "Request Exchange"

However, it is important to note that the ability to view matches in a different pool is conditional upon having uploaded your own team's matches in your own pool. This is to ensure a fair exchange between teams, as both teams gain the right to view each other's matches. If a team has not uploaded their matches, they will not be granted access to view matches in another pool.

Requests for Cross Poule Viewing will be reviewed by TeamTV personnel, who will either approve or reject the request. An email notification will be automatically generated to notify the team of the decision.
